In 2000 he graduated with honors from Kostanay State University named after A.Baitursynov.

From 1999 to 2009 he worked at Kostanay social-technical university named after Z.Aldamzhar

He has held the positions of laboratory assistant, head of laboratory, teacher, senior teacher, dean of the technical faculty, vice-rector for educational work and innovative technologies.

In 2005, in the Ural State Technical University - UPI (Yekaterinburg, Russia) he defended his thesis for the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences.

From 2009 to 2011, under the Bolashak program, he studied in the doctoral studies at the National Research University Moscow Institute of Electronic Technology (Moscow, Russian Federation). In 2014 he defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences.

From 2015 to 2018 he worked as the Dean of the faculty of information technologies of Kostanay state University.A. Baitursynova.

From 2016 to 2018, he worked as a part-time Director of the Kostanay branch of the National center of state scientific and technical expertise.

Since February 2018, Vice-rector for research and strategic development of Kostanay state pedagogical University.

Published more than 70 scientific papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications, as well as materials of Kazakh, all-Russian and international conferences. Of these, 8 articles are indexed in the Scopus database, 5 articles are indexed in the WebofScienceClarivateAnalytics database (ThomsonReuters).

Full member of the Kazakhstan national Academy of natural Sciences and international Academy of Informatization.

Deputy of Kostanay city maslikhat of V and VI convocation. Member of the political Council of the city branch of the party "NurOtan". Member of the Commission on juvenile Affairs and protection of their rights under the akimat of Kostanay
