For participation in a competition of an educational grant award

8. Medical conclusion about the absence of contraindications for learning in the chosen specialty (for citizens with disabilities of I and II groups, children with disabilities, as well as disabled from childhood)

Persons who have education documents of educational organizations that implement educational programs of technical and professional, post-secondary education, who have confirmed their qualifications and have worked for at least one year, additionally submit one of the following documents:

1. employment record book;
2. track record (a list of information about the work, work activity of the employee), signed by the employer, certified by the seal of the organization (when it occurs);
3. archive certificate containing information about the employee’s work activity, as well as an extract from the UNPF about the listed mandatory pension contributions and information from the State Social Insurance Fund about the social contributions.

For admission to higher educational institutions

5. certificate of UNT or CT
6. certificate of an educational grant award (when it occurs).

Persons who have education documents of educational organizations that implement educational programs of technical and professional, post-secondary education, who have confirmed their qualifications and have worked for at least one year, additionally submit one of the following documents:

1. employment record book;
2. track record (a list of information about the work, work activity of the employee), signed by the employer, certified by the seal of the organization (when it occurs);
3. archive certificate containing information about the employee’s work activity

For admission to a higher educational institution for persons who did not score a threshold (for the first academic period)

1. application
2. education document (original)
3. six photographs of 3 x 4 size
4. medical certificate on the 086-U form (with the indication of vaccinations by dates)
5. certificate of UNT or CT

In addition, a copy of the marriage certificate (if the name is changed) and copies of documents confirming the benefits (when it occurs) are additionally provided to the Reception Committee.

For applicants to the magistracy

3. copy of the international certificate on a foreign language test passing (in case of their existence):
   - English: Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Programm (TOEFL of ITP – not less than 460 points), Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Programm Internet-based Test (TOEFL of IBT, threshold point – not less than 87), (TOEFL threshold point – not less than 560 points), International English Language Tests System (IELTS, threshold point – not less than 6.0);
   - German: Deutsche Sprachprufung fur den Hochschulzugang (DSH, Niveau C1/ the C1 level), TestDaF-Prufung (Niveau C1/ the C1 level);
   - French: Test de Franzais International™ (TFI – not less than the B1 level on reading and listening sections), Diplome d'Etudes en Langue franzaise (DELF, the B2 level), Diplome Approfondi de Langue franzaise (DALF, the C1 level), Test de connaissance du franzais (TCF – not less than 400 points).
4. personal sheet of personnel records and the document confirming work activity (for persons who have work experience)
5. six photographs of 3 x 4 size
6. medical certificate on the 086-U form (with the indication of vaccinations by dates)
7. copy of the identity document
8. list of scientific and scientific-methodical works (in case of their existence).

Together with copies of documents their originals are provided for verification. After verification, the originals are returned.
