On May 4 at department of Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan the enlarged meeting of Council of veterans of the university in honor of Anniversary of the director of the information and library center Nechiporenko Inna Ivanovna, the worked head of library has taken place more than 25 years. By the rector of the university Inna Ivanovna has been handed the Certificate of honor of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the achieved success and a contribution to development of education.
On May 3, 2018 in the universal reading room there has taken place the celebration of home front workers who in difficult years of war were absolutely young, but have felt all its weight, pain and a grief: Zotov L.D., Thorny I.K., Kiselyov A.I. Skrynsky I.M. Veterans shared memories, Kiselyova A.I. I have touchingly read the verses on war. In honor of veterans’ verses and songs performed by students of the university sounded. The book and illustrative exhibition "Also Remembers the World Saved" became addition to an action.
On April 23, 2018 the universal reading room there has passed thematic evening to the 100 anniversary of the famous Kazakhstan writer, veteran of the Great Patriotic War, the National hero of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym Kayssenov. Students of 1 course of faculty of physical culture, sport and tourism have taken active part in an action. Within evening thematic slides have been shown and the fragment from the movie "Kassym" is shown. Similar the action promotes education of patriotic spirit of youth, on the example of legendary acts of heroes of the past teaches bravery, heroism and courage.
On April 11, 2018 within the stock "One Country — One Book" in the universal reading room there has passed the round table. This year the format of an action is a little changed, to the general reading books by three outstanding writers of Kazakhstan are offered at once: Shakarim Kudayberdyuly, Bauyrzhan Momyshuly, Nemat Kelimbetov. Absolutely different books, but they are united by the difficult fate of authors, ability to overcome difficulties and difficulties of life. Participants of a round table have discussed the works Shakarima, the book by B. Momyshuly "Our family", N. Kelimbetov "I don't want to lose hope".
March 16, 2018 in the information library of KSPU intellectual club "Horizon" was organized and held a blitz tournament dedicated to the celebration of "Nauryz". Only 3 teams took part in the tournament and defended the honor of their faculties. The tournament consisted of several rounds devoted to the state symbols, the Eastern new year "Nauryz meiramy" and other topics. The team representing the faculty of natural sciences and mathematics "the first Five" showed a high level of knowledge and took the honorable 1st place.
On March 12, 2018 in the universal reading room the presentation of the book of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev era independence" is held. I conducted an action, commenting on the electronic presentation according to the book, the teacher of department of history of Kazakhstan Dastan oActive part in discussion of the book was taken by students 3 courses of social and humanitarian faculty, 1 course of philological faculty. The student of 1 course of philological faculty Gonchar Natalya has made the report on creation of the Independent state, on the first modernization of Kazakhstan" (1991-1995).
By the International Women's Day on March 8 in the universal reading room there has taken place the meeting of students of social and humanitarian and psychology and pedagogical faculties with veterans of pedagogical work from a cycle of meetings "Scientists-students" organized together with Council of veterans of institute and Recreation center of students. Were present at a meeting: candidate of historical sciences, professor of department of public disciplines, bases of the right and economy Alibek T.K., candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor of physical and mathematical and all-technical disciplines of Dyomin N.F., associate professor of VAK of department of the theory and practice of physical culture, sport and tourism Biktasheva G.Sh.
On February 22, 2018 "Day of information", for teachers and students of specialty "Chemistry" of natural and mathematical faculty is spent. During the action readers have got acquainted with the new literature in the Kazakh, Russian and English languages which has come to the information and library center for the aid to educational and scientific process. Visitors were interested in books: Proteins, nucleonic acids / K.O. Sharipov, S.S. Zhakypbekova, G.E. Berganayeva (2016), Tasks for SRSP on discipline in chemistry of natural connections / M.Yu. Lezhneva, T.A. Mikheyeva (2016), Organic Chemistry/G.Zh. Seitenova, M.O. Turtubayeva (2016) and others.
On February 16, 2017 in the universal reading room the meeting with the candidate of historical sciences, the associate professor, and the acting manager of department history of Kazakhstan of Bekmagambetova M.Zh. has taken place. At a meeting there were students of 1-2 courses of the psychologist – pedagogical faculty, faculty of philology, socially – humanitarian faculty. Mysore Zhaugashtinovna has interestingly told about the experience of pedagogical activity, in detail answering questions of students. In the reading room the exhibition of scientific works of Bekmagambetova of M.Zh. Studentk of the 1st course has been organized and the student 3 - a course of social and humanitarian faculty Toyshan Beybarys have executed in honor of a meeting with the scientist.
On February 9, 2018 in the universal reading room there has passed the round table on discussion of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan among readers, teachers and the staff of the center. Addressing attendees, the candidate of historical sciences, the dean of faculty of additional and remote education Samarkin S.V. has acquainted with the main aspects of the new Message of the Leader of the nation, focusing attention to roles and the directions of development of science and education in the light of the Message of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 2018.
