XLVIII All-Russia Conference on problems of particle physics, plasma physics, condensed matter, and optoelectronics will be held in Moscow 15 - 18 May 2012. The Conference is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Professor Yakov Petrovich Terletsky (1912 - 1993), the famous theoretical physicist, founder of the Theoretical Physics Department at Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. He made an important contribution to Particle and Statistical Physics and the development of higher education in Russia.
