5B012100 - Kazakh language and literature in schools with non-Kazakh language of instruction

Applicants will pass a special examination. A special examination, which consists of a pedagogical test and a pedagogical situation, is aimed at determining the propensity of entrants to pedagogical activity.

If you are not admitted to the pedagogical profession, applicants have the right to participate in the competition for awarding an educational grant in other specialties in accordance with the subject of choice.

Applications for participation in the special examination will be accepted from June 20 to July 31. For applicants applying for a paid basis, after a competition for awarding state educational grants, a special examination is held until August 18. The exam is evaluated according to the principle of "admitted" / "not admitted". Consultation and materials for a special exam can be obtained at the admissions office of the Institute.

Accordingly, all applicants who apply for admission to the university on pedagogical specialties (graduates of schools of the current year and previous years, college graduates), it is necessary to pass a special examination during this period.

Kinds and sphere of professional activity of graduates

Students who graduated from the specialty can work as a teacher in secondary general schools, as a junior researcher in research institutions, as a teacher, as a consultant in specialized secondary educational institutions, vocational schools, as well as in educational institutions of other kinds and forms, and at various training courses.

Opportunities for continuing education

Graduates of the faculty, who showed a tendency to scientific activity, have the opportunity to continue their studies in the magistracy in the direction chosen by them.

The educational program " Kazakh language and literature in schools with non-Kazakh language of instruction" provides the following educational trajectories: "Kazakh language and literature at school", "Kazakh language and literature in a small school and schools with 12 years of education". The curriculum for the training of specialists provides for broad general educational, general pedagogical and special training. General education is represented by the obligatory component: history of Kazakhstan, philosophy, Kazakh language, foreign language, informatics, ecology, etc. General pedagogical and psychological training is carried out on the disciplines: social psychology of the individual, media pedagogy, inclusive education, management in education. Among the elective disciplines: Introduction to literary criticism and theory of literature, linguistics and phonetics in modern schools, the lexicology of the modern Kazakh language, the linguistic analysis of the literary text, the morphology of the modern Kazakh language, the syntax of the modern Kazakh language, foreign and children's literature, Kazakh oral folklore, word formation and semantics of modern Kazakh language, comparative grammar, work with the dictionary.

Additional types of training: educational, pedagogical, industrial practice.

In all specialties for the delivery of UNT / KTA within the framework of the Institute, preparatory courses are conducted, for information, contact the telephone of the selection committee. The department pays much attention to the organization of research activities of students. Students from urban schools are invited to participate in scientific events. Students take an active part in student scientific - practical conferences, olympiads, contests, projects, start-ups. Our students are numerous prize-winners of competitions.
