Vacancies Fair has taken place in KSPI

Kostanai state pedagogical institute provides education alongside jobs. Annual vacancies fair for the graduates of KSPI was held on April 26 2012. Every year KSPI trains about 500 specialists and every year administration of the Institute organizes a vacancies fair where graduates get a real chance to find a job on graduation. Representatives of oblast education department, heads of district education departments, school principles and pre-school institutions directors. The head of educational department of Kostanai oblast M.K. Zhundubajev gave a general characteristic of the labour market situation, including the demand for pedagogic specialties. He also informed the audience of the projects that are being realized in Kostanai oblast for the support of young specialists “With diploma – to the village”.

KSPI Rector K.M. Baimyrzajev presented the main directions for interaction between the pedagogic higher educational institution, student and employer. He highlighted the necessity for working out cooperative efficient measures for training education managers. Many students from a few hundred students-participants of the fair, found, thanks to it, a place to implement their knowledge and professional skills or passed their resumes to potential employers and exchanged contact information.

There was direct interaction of graduates with employers: questions were answered and the tables, where the employers were sitting, looked like mini-personal-departments. Thus, the big choice of vacancies, complete information of the specificity of the modern labour market widened opportunities of KSPI graduates for their successful employment.
