Integration of higher education institutions and employers in the training and employment of young specialists

On November 28, 2014 in the conference hall of Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute was held a round table on the topic "Integration of higher education institutions and employers in the training and employment of young specialists" with the participation of representatives of the leadership of the city department of education of Kostanay, Rudniy, district education departments, directors and deputy directors on educational work, school teachers and Kostanay region.
Roundtable was opened by Tolegen M.A., vice-rector of educational and methodical work of KGPI, candidate of juridical sciences, docent, PhD. He stressed the importance of joint social partnership of pedagogical higher educational institution and schools in ensuring the quality of training of future teachers.
On issues of training and retraining of teachers in schools of Kostanay shared Syundikova D.Zh., deputy head of the education department of akimat of Kostanay. Utegenova B.M., candidate of pedagogical sciences, head of the Department of Pedagogy of psychological and pedagogical faculty recalled the need for psychological and pedagogical support of school of "young teachers" in terms of a continuous pedagogical education. Director of Peshkovsk high school of Fedorovsk District Kostenko V.I. reported on the experience of employment and retention of young professionals in Peshkovsk school.Moderator of the round table was Kifik N.Y., candidate of pedagogical sciences, head of the Department of Academic Affairs.
At the end of the round table a resolution was worked out, which highlights the main areas of collaboration:
The need to create a more effective system of quadrilateral cooperation: universities, regional Department of Education, district education departments, secondary school in order to track the success of training graduate of pedagogical institute for 3-5 years at school;- Increased involvement of employers and teachers of the highest category in the development of scientific and methodological support of the educational process of pedagogical higher educational institution.
- Development of the system and good practices of interaction of pedagogical higher educational institution and education organizations in conducting teaching seminars, conferences, online meetings, scientific consulting of region's schools to solve common problems related to the training and employment of future teachers.
