In 1970 she graduated the Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Russian Language and Literature. She is a candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, associate professor, a corresponding member of the Moscow Academy of Agrarian Education, a member of the Scientific and Expert Council of the Assembly of Peoples of Kazakhstan. Teaching experience of work is 45 years, 35 years she has been working in the Higher School.

She has more than 50 scientific works, a monograph and a training manual "Ethno-cultural education of students in a multi-ethnic educational environment", it was sent to the republican competition named after N.A. Nazarbayev of scientific projects, dedicated to the Kazakhstan model of interethnic tolerance and social consensus.
Awards of the teaching staff for 2019:
- Awarded the diploma of the Assembly of the Peoples of Kazakhstan for high service to the humanistic ideals of good and spiritual harmony.
- To the 80th anniversary of KSPU named after U.Sultangazin was awarded the medal for honest work.
