Kassymova A. graduated in 1985 from the faculty of physics of the Kazakh State University S.M. Kirov (with in-depth study of English).
She graduated in 1995 from the post-graduate school at the Institute of Physics and technology A. F. Ioffe of the USSR Academy of Sciences and defended her thesis for the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical Sciences on the topic "Thermal Conductivity and thermal EMF of semiconductor alloys Tm1-xSmxS at low temperatures".
