In Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute he has been teaching since 1996. He conducts active teaching and tourist activities, including in the field of sports tourism. Has experience of mountain sports trips of the 4th category of complexity.
For merits in development of tourism of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 13, 2004. marked with the sign of the Agency of Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Teaches the following disciplines: "Fundamentals of Tourismology", "Tourism Management", "Tourism Marketing", "Safety in Tourism Activities", "Management FCCi."

Experience in the field of tourism allows the teacher to conduct classes with students, based on practical skills and using real examples from practical activity. In conducting classes, he focuses on the connection between theory and practice.
