In 2010 she defended for excellent master 's thesis on the specialty "Biology" on the topic "Formation of plant communities and complexes of invertebrate animals on deposits and salons in sub-areas of ordinary black earths and dark chestnut soils of the steppe zone (on the example of Kostanay region)."

Under the leadership of M.M.Rulyova about 20 diploma works were prepared and successfully protected. In 2019, for her scientific work, the student received a Letter of Gratitude (MES) for her participation in the Republican Competition of Research Works of Students (Nur - Sultan, 2019.). The scientific head of the workwas Rulyova M.M.
