Smagliy T. I. graduated from the faculty of Philology of the Kustanay pedagogical Institute with honors in 1979. While studying in full-time graduate school at the Moscow state pedagogical University, she was qualified as a teacher of pedagogy and psychology at the higher school. In 2003 Smagly T. I. defended her thesis on the theory and methodology of professional education on the topic "formation of readiness of future teachers for professional and pedagogical cooperation in the system of higher education". Has 37 publications.
