Dear colleagues

Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute (KSPI), Shadrinsk State Pedagogical University (SSPU) are holding the International Scientific Practical Conference «Building globalised World: social, economic, political Perspectives of Education» on 31^st, October, 2017 on the basis of KSPI.

Objectives of the conference:

• constructive discussion of the present day realities and foreign languages education prospects;
• establishment of scientific and business contacts;
• creation of joint projects in the field of globalised education.

The following sections are planned:

1. Socio-economic and political issues of the development of modern education in globalised world.
2. Internationalisation of education: experience and mobility.
3. Teaching language to young learners: problems and perspectives.
4. Inclusion as a tendency of modern education: existing lacunae.
5. Vital issues on teaching foreign languages in secondary and high schools.
6. Forming ICT-competencies in modern education. 

Conference languages: Kazakh, Russian, English, French, German.

Deadline for submission of papers is 30^th, September, 2017.

Requirements to the articles:

1. Texts of papers should be typed in MICROSOFT WORD 7,0, format RTF
2. Intents: top, bottom, right (outside)- 1,5 sm, left (inside) – 2 sm
3. Font size 12 pt.
4. Type of font: TIMES NEW ROMAN / KZ TIMES NEW ROMAN
5. Line interval: 1.0 (ordinary)
6. The article should be arranged in the following way:

At the top - the title of the paper in capital bold letters in the centre; below - the title, after the opening in a single line spacing - a surname, first name, patronymic name of the author; on the next line - the title of the institution/affiliation, town/city, country; below - in double line spacing- the text of the paper.

Figures and tables are allowed to be included. Black and white figures are accepted. The size of the text in figures should not be smaller than 12 pt. Pictures must be grouped. A list of resources/references is placed at the end of the text according to the order they are mentioned the article. References in the text are drawn up in oblique slashes /1; 345/. The paper should be no more than 7 pages / 15 000 characters long.

Only word-processed texts will be admitted for publication. Responsibility for mistakes and inaccuracy lies on the authors.

In order to participate in the conference you should present your paper and application form by the 30^th of September, 2017 according to the following format:

1. Surname, first name, (where applicable – patronymic) in full.
2. The title of the organization or higher educational institution/affiliation
3. Work address, phone, e-mail
4. The title of the section
5. The title of the report/paper
6. Indicate whether you want organizers to book a room in a hotel (yes,no)
7. A copy of the receipt confirming payment of organizational fee (if applicable-see below).
8. Academic/scientific degree.
9. Required technical equipment
10. I intend:

            1.1 To present a report at a plenary meeting (yes, no)
            1.2 To present a report at section meeting (yes, no)
            1.3 To participate at the conference as a listener (yes, no)

Organizational fee:

• - 10 US dollars (printed proceedings included);
• - 3 US dollars (pdf-version of proceedings only).

Participants who will present their reports at the conference will receive a certificate of participation.

• Expenditures connected with the conference participation are covered by the participants.
• Publication of papers of foreign authors and doctors of sciences / PhD are free of charge.
• Foreign participants will receive free PDF of the proceedings and the certificate of participation.
