Ministerial inspection for compliance with licensing requirements

During the period from April 10 to 14, 2017, in Kostanay state pedagogical institute, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan carried out an inspection to determine the compliance with licensing requirements at the university level.
The commission consisted of highly qualified specialists representing the Committee for control and supervision in education and science of the Ministry of education and science of Republic of Kazakhstan, deans, heads of departments, professors and associate professors of leading universities of Republic of Kazakhstan.
During the verification period, the commission carefully read all the institute's documentation, starting with the student contingent, completing all the personal records of teaching staff. The material and technical base of the Institute, the entire auditor fund, workshops, sports facilities, laboratory facilities, information and library fund were studied. The commission paid much attention to verifying modular educational programs, working curricula for their compliance with standard programs and the state standard of higher education. Members of the commission very carefully studied the issue of improving the qualifications of the teaching staff over the past five years, with this purpose all the certificates of the teaching staff were provided.
The good work of the commission for five days was reflected in the certificate of activity of Kostanay state pedagogical institute. In all indicators, our institute meets licensing requirements, and now the institute staff is excited to expect the official status of Pedagogical University to be pursued in order to seek licenses for conducting educational activities in master programs.
