Gurskaya I.F. was born in 1958. Graduate of the Faculty of History and Pedagogy of the Kostanay Pedagogical Institute. The 50th anniversary of the USSR in 1980. Has a basic education in the specialty "Tourism" of the Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute. After graduation she worked as a history teacher in SPTU-128, the head of the art gallery in Zatobolsk, an art critic in the art exhibition hall in Kostanay. Since 2005, he has been working at KSPI as a senior lecturer of the Department of Tourism and Sports Management.
Being a student of the institute, she was actively engaged in sports tourism in the tourist club "Rodnik", she completed the courses of guides at the Kostanay regional council for tourism and sport. After graduating from the institute, she continued active tourist activities: took part in regional and republican competitions in tourist all-around, took part in the passage of tourist mountain routes of the 3rd and 4th category of complexity, graduated from the special instructor school for mountain tourism in 1986 in Almaty at the Republican Council on tourism
In 1987 Gurskaya I.F. was awarded the highest category of a guide.
In 2003 she was awarded the badge "Honored Tourism Instructor of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Agency of Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Teaches the following disciplines: "Fundamentals of tourism and local history work, "Excursion", "World Heritage Cultural Monuments", "Basics of Business Communication", "Tourism Infrastructure", "Advertising and Exhibition Events".
