She was born in 1965. In 1982 she finished school №17 in Kostanai. From 1982 to 1987 she studied at the Faculty of Foreign Languages of Kustanai Pedagogical Institute named in honour of the 50th anniversary of the USSR. She took an active part in social life, was an editor of the Faculty's Wall Paper (there were 10-11 issues of 2.5 whatmans each annually). She was awarded with the scolarship named after L.N. Tolstoy (4th year) and the scholarship named after V.I. Lenin (5th year). She won the Republican Olympiad in Pedagigics in two nominations in 1985 (out of 78 participants). She was awarded with a badge of VLKSM Central Committee "For being a top student" in 1986. She graduated from the Instiute with top marks in 1987 and became a Teacher of English at the English Chair of KSPI. She conducted such subjects as: Englis Oral Practice, English Newspaper, English Home reading, English Practical Phonetics, English Practical Grammar. In 1994 she became a Senior Teacher and the head of the methodical association of first-year-students' teachers; in 1997 she became a Docent of the English Chair; she did lecturing in English Language History and gave practical lessons.
From1997 to 2001 she was a part-time student of Postgraduate Study at Kazakh University of International Affairs and World Languages named after Abylaikhan, in 2002 she presented her dissertation for the Degree of Cand. Sc. (Education) successfully with specialization in «Theory and methods of Teaching and Educating (Romanic and Germanic Languages, Turkic Languages in primary, secondary and higher education)», the theme was «Working procedure with video material at English Oral Practice Lessons».
Since 2002 she has been doing lecturing in "Foreign Languages Teaching Methods". In1999-2000 she was a Chairperson of English, 2004 - 2009 she was the dean of KSPI Faculty of Foreign Languages.
In 2003 she took part in the International Exhibition of Educational technologies «Uchsib-2003» in Novosibirsk, where a methodical modal of a foreign language teaching model (the lesson was base on the use of the video), offered by her, was hohoured with a golden medal and the Exhibition Diploma..
From 2007 to 2008 Marina Ivanovna translated lots of documents of Kostanai State Pedagogical institute into English. These documents were required to apply for Magna Carta Universitatum in Bologna, Italy. In September 2008 she took an active part in the International Conference as a member of KSPI delegation. The Conference was devoted to 20th anniversary of Magna Charta Universitatum in Bologna, Italy. In 2008-2009 she helped the Kazakhstan Republic Ministry of Education and Science to translate the documents for Kazakhstan entering the Bologna process. Booklet about Higher Education in Kazakhstan, some speeches of the Kazakhstan Republic Minister of Education and Science, Zh. Tuymebayeva, at international forums and conferences, articles and information booklets were translated into English by her.
In 2009 she was awarded with the Honourable sign of Kazakhstan Republic Ministry of Scence and Education "For contribution to science development in Kazakhstan"
She has 38 publicaaaations, among them there are two workbooks, 8 training manuals, 28 articles in republican and international magazines and collections of scientific paper.
