Round table with participation of teachers of religious study

On October 31, the round table was taken place in Kostanay state pedagogical institute on the topic: Modern realities of school course "Secularism and religious foundations." The roundtable was attended by representatives of the Office of Religious Affairs of Kostanay region, KSPI lecturers, members of group "Center of religious study" and teachers of religious study of Kostanay region.

During the round table the advantages and disadvantages of the new long-awaited textbook on religious studies for students at the school were discussed. There were issues of training load on the discipline of religious studies at school, its current status as an elective discipline. In addition, the problems of aesthetic and patriotic education, to overcome the negative impact of the Internet, young people's attitudes to various non-traditional religious movements were raised.
