Round table “I Am Intern: my career path”

The 1st of November of the 2018 year as part of the tutor project “I am intern” was held a round table called “I am intern: my career path” with interns, who graduated in 2017 and 2018 years. The round table was attended by 20 young teachers of Kostanay, experienced teachers-mentors from the University and freelance correspondent of the newspaper “Білімді ел – Образованная страна” Anna Baksaraeva.
Young teachers told how the adaptation was in school, what were the difficulties, shared with their successes and achievements. The round table was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, where an interesting conversation took place. I would like to note that the participants still do not lose touch with their mentors:
- For example, teacher of the Kazakh language and literature of the school named by Abay of Kostanay region Makhrubaeva Zhadyra, intern of 2018 year together with the senior tutor of the Kazakh language and literature department Aliyeva A.A. have prepared a joint publication "Abay and folklore".
- Teacher - psychologist of school №11, Aubakirova Lyazzat maintains a close relationship with her mentor - Usembaeva A. H. senior lecturer of Department of pedagogy and psychology. Together, they are on the process of analyzing issues of counseling students.
- Daribay Perizat Dakhanovna, teacher of English at Nazarbaev intellectual school of Kostanay city together with her mentor Podavets O.D. senior tutor of foreign languages department and with the teacher of biology VatanyanG.Y. areon the process of working on the creation of a training manual on the methodology of James.
Mentors thanked theirinterns for their honesty and wished them further professional growth and cooperation.
All participants received certificates and useful information for further educational activities.
