Winter “Intern School”

On the 8 of January took place winter “Intern School” in recreation center «Golden pheasant» where mentor and mentees actively participated.
The seminar began with the training "Let's get acquainted", conducted by the Chairman of the Council of young teachers of schools of Kostanay region Dzhumabekov Amirzhan Zakariyevich.
The welcoming speech was made by Rimma Chingisovna Bekturganova, doctor of pedagogical Sciences, rectors advisor, who spoke about the problems of transition of Kazakh school to the updated content of education. She thanked Abil Y. A, the rector of tUniversity, for the help in the organization of the project.
Raisa Sydykbaeva, "I am Intern" Tutor project coordinator said what work has been done during the year. She noted that the project participants maintain a close relationship with their mentors:
A lot of joint work with trainees is carried out at the department of physical and mathematical disciplines: consultations on subjects, participation of mentees at the departments events, joint publications. (Dosbolova U. K, senior lecturer , mentee Zhusupova D. N., teacher of mathematics in S. Maulenov gymnasium ; Asanbaeva, B, senior lecturer, trainee Taizhanova A., teacher of mathematics in school № 10; Demesinova J., senior lecturer , interns Katunin A. p., Ermakova T. A., teacher of mathematics in school № 1.
The main direction of collaboration of M. A. Bobrenko, master of biology of the department of natural Sciences and trainee Zh.B Bayanbaeva, biology teacher in NIS - criteria-based assessment within the updated content of education. A joint publication is being prepared in this area.
Within weeks of department of Kazakh language and literature was interested by the round table "I am a young specialist", where their ideas and achievements were shared by the interns Ospanova M. H., teacher of Kazakh language and literature in school №2 (the mentor A. Abdrashev, senior lecturer ) and Manrubia J., teacher of Kazakh language and literature in Abay school secondary in Kostanay district. (mentor D. Aliyev, lecturer of the Department).
Podavec O. D., senior lecturer of foreign languages department together with Daribay P. D., English teacher at Nazarbayev Intellectual schools of Kostanay are working on teaching guide on methods of James.
Intern Zh. M Azhiniyazova, teacher of English language in school №23 held training on a single system of electronic journals and diaries Kundlik.kz (mentor N.Sh. Manasbayeva, acting head of department of foreign languages) for trainees, students and teachers of philology faculty
The program of the seminar was rich and fruitful.
All participant tool active part in dialogue platform "the Organization of research activity as a social partnership between the school and the University," held Ardabieu B., senior Manager of the branch of the PE "Center of excellence" in Kostanay. The main purpose of which is actualization of the importance of research skills formation for the professional development of future teachers.
The most important information about the work of teacher and parents was provided by the associated professor of pedagogy department.
Trainee A.A.Gordiev , a teacher of physics in school №1 shared his impressions of new applied "Science of data", which incorporated the tools of ICT and mathematical statistics.
Young teachers received the necessary information, took an active part in various forms of work aimed at improving the professional level.
In their feedback, the trainees responded positively to the organization of the seminar and the event.
All participants received a Certificate and useful information for further educational activities.
The next event of trainees and mentors "Kaleidoscope of pedagogical ideas" is scheduled for April 2019.
