On March 28, 2019, the Festival of Pedagogical Ideas took place in the framework of the project “I am an intern” dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Kostanay State Pedagogical University named after U. Sultangazin.

The purpose of the Festival is to assist graduates of the Kostanay State Pedagogical University named after U. Sultangazin in mastering the profession, introducing innovative pedagogical ideas and their development in the context of updating the content of education.

The festival brought together creative, initiative teachers who shared their work experience and interesting ideas. It was the result of the successful work of mentors and interns who demonstrated high methodological skills. Materials about this project have been published more than once on the pages of “Бiлiмдi ел - Educated Country”, (No. 41 of November 6, 2018 and No. 1-2 of January 15, 2019).

Members of the jury evaluated their projects.“We understand how important it is for our graduates to start working at school with the support of their mentors,” said Rimma Chingisovna, rector`s advisor, Ph.D., in her address to the audience. Such professional support is especially necessary for young specialists in the first one and a half or two years, when they are being adapted in an educational institution. And I am very happy to say that there are teachers at Kostanay Pedagogical University who are ready to support their yesterday's students at the most crucial moment! Many interesting ideas were presented at the festival, this is the result of their joint work. Five projects were recognized as the best in their nominations reached the final.”
