New opportunities for cooperation and development in the framework of the "Zhas project"

Regional trainings aimed at increasing the potential of specialists working with young people were held at the recreation center «Aurora Garden» in Zerenda village (50 km from Kokshetau) from October 25 to October 27, 2018. These activities are being implemented by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan with grant support from the World Bank in the framework of the second component of the Youth Corps Development Project “Institutional Development Development of the MES RK in the implementation of youth policy” (Zhas project) with the aim of encouraging the involvement of young people in the community and developing skills through community service training, for the benefit of the community, especially among vulnerable groups, bowl. One of the principles of the project is to recognize the positive development of young people and to provide additional opportunities for creation of active life position of young people in the community.
The training is aimed at representatives of education administrations, youth policy departments, employment coordination departments and social programs, youth resource centers, and educational organizations that support and ensure direct work with young people.
The chairman of the council of young scientists, the senior teacher of the Russian language and literature department Brimzhanova Karlygash Serikovna was the participant in the trainings from our university , who was given a unique opportunity to get the most complete and relevant information on working with young people, to make new acquaintances and business contacts, to immerse yourself in an atmosphere of cooperation in a team of leaders.
The three-day training consisted of modules: the problems of young people in the field, the solution of which requires the close interaction of various sectors; the mission of local executive bodies in working with young people: youth work, employment, education, entrepreneurship; joint decision-making strategies to increase youth capacity; negotiations as a tool for decision making; socially vulnerable youth groups; project planning and management and a practical part on project development and presentation.
Danil Fayzullaev, head and founder of the Academy of Business and Oratory, lead licensee trainer at Moscow University of Rhetoric and Oratory, member of the National Pool of Coaches of the Republic of Kazakhstan, coach of top managers and top officials acted as trainer; Ainur Kalmagambetova, business coach, coach acted as trainer. The public association "Community of youth workers" were consultants.
Conducting a series of these trainings will be the beginning of effective interdepartmental interaction and cooperation of local executive bodies and educational organizations aimed at developing the potential of young people.
