The Department of arts organized an exhibition of portraits of outstanding figures of Kazakhstan! In terms of the modernization of historical consciousness, the idea of forming a gallery of images of great thinkers, poets and rulers of the past aroused special interest for students of the educational program "Fine arts and drawing". Students and teachers of the OP "Fine arts and drawing" decided to contribute to the implementation of the project "Modern Kazakh culture in the global world".

Based on the electronic site, April 23, 24, 2020 with the participation of the Dean of social and humanitarian faculty of the Department of social Sciences, law and Economics of Shahaman Z. B. held the event at the pre-defence of diploma projects of students of the 4th year of the educational program "5B011500 - foundations of law and Economics". During the preliminary discussion of the diploma projects, the main principles and structure of scientific papers, clarification of the object and object of research, the empirical basis of the content of materials, the sufficiency of literature and the availability of legal acts, the transparency of websites as an additional resource for the preparation of diploma projects were worked out and clarified.

On April 20, 2020, the head of the Department of arts held a webinar "Instructing the final certification in the conditions of DOT". Graduates were familiarized with the requirements of preparation for state exams: 1. The use of distance learning technologies in the process of teaching creative students has a number of distinctive features. In this regard, teachers of the Department of Arts of KSPU named after U. Sultangazin held webinars on the experience of using distance learning technologies by teachers on April 4 and April 11, 2020. Teachers of educational programs - "Music education", "Visual art, art work, graphics and design" - shared opportunities for distance learning for two days. On March 12, 2020 at the Department of Arts a round table "Discussion of the undergraduate educational program "Musical Education", "Visual Art, Art Work, Graphics and Design", "Fine Arts and Drawing" was held. The aim of the round table is to discuss the educational program of the bachelor's degree in accordance with the updated content of secondary education, as well as to analyze the results of students' pedagogical and industrial practice.

In the program article of N. Nazarbayev "Looking to the future: modernization of public consciousness", the project "New humanitarian education was proposed. 100 new textbooks in the Kazakh language". As part of the project, the best textbooks were selected and translated into Kazakh. Since 2018, the library of the KSPU named after U. Sultangazin has received translated textbooks that are actively used in the educational process. So, within the framework of the methodological week of the Department of history of Kazakhstan, students - historians studying presented and discussed textbooks on history. At the beginning of the event, the head of the project office, G. Z. Balgabaeva, introduced information on the implementation of this project at our University.

On February 7, 2020, senior lecturer of the Department of history of Kazakhstan, master of history Nurpeisova E. T. held a meeting with graduates of Auliekol high school. Sh. Ualikhanov in the framework of career guidance work.During the meeting, the students were shown a video presentation with General information about the KSPU. U. The results of the regional contest "5 new faces", held among universities of the Kostanai region, were announced at a gala concert dedicated to the Day of the First President. The competition was organized by the Department of Youth Policy of the Akimat of the Kostanai region. The aim of the competition was to promote the development of science, sports, culture, society and innovation. Promote successful, competitive ideas based on real stories of students, teachers, undergraduates and employees. On December 6, 2019, the senior teacher of the Department of Arts, Zhusupova, Dina Zhetpispaevna, held an open lesson in the discipline “Professional teacher orientations” on the topic of Protection of the final short-term lesson summary on the subject “Artistic Work”. The purpose of the lesson was to develop students' skills in drawing up a short-term lesson plan. The teacher working for the result raises the question: how to plan the lesson correctly in order to teach the student to think, ask questions and find answers, make discoveries and enjoy the search process. The discipline program includes 7 modules "New Approaches in Learning".
