On the 18 February in the framework of the methodical week of foreign languages department was a master class "Development of critical thinking in teaching natural sciences disciplines in English."
"English is" non - objective" any school discipline can be adapted to it", - says Victoria Danilova, doctor of philosophy (PhD), candidate of pedagogical sciences, master of pedagogy and psychology, senior lecturer of department of foreign languages of U. Sultangazin KSPU. As part of the decade "Trilingualism - a step into the future!" Victoria Danilova held a master class "Development of critical thinking in teaching natural sciences disciplines in English” for teachers of physics, chemistry, biology and computer science. The participants got acquainted with the method of focal objects as one of the elements of the development of creative abilities and initiative of students in the lessons of natural sciences with a non-native language. In other words, it is a method of finding new ideas by attaching properties or features of random objects to the original object.
