Meeting with graduates of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and specialists of the education Department of akimat of Kostanay city

According to the work plan of the Department of Physics and Mathematics and General Technical Disciplines April 12, 2018 at 16.30-17.20 in the lecture hall A-203 was held a Meeting with graduates of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and specialists of the education Department of akimat of Kostanay city (responsible for the event Candidate of physico-mathematical sciences, associate Professor Kalzhanov M. U.).
The meeting was held in Roundtable format, to which were invited: Zhakibaeva Saule Kuanyshbaevna – head of sector of the Department of education of akimat of Kostanay city, Kiyakbaeva Aizhan Laikovna – head of sector of the Department of education of akimat of Kostanay, graduates of the KSPU Salimov Almaz Baymarzauly (issue 2016 with a degree in Physics – physics teacher SI "Lyceum of physics and mathematics Department of education of akimat of Kostanay city") and Taizhanova Altinkyz Kanatovna (issue 2017 with a degree in Mathematics – mathematics teacher SI "Secondary school №10 Department of education of akimat of Kostanay city". The round table was attended by acting head of Department t of Physics and Mathematics and General Technical Disciplines Telegina O. S., curators of groups, teachers of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences and the students of 1-4 courses.
In her opening speech, Telegina O. S. addressed the guests and students with a welcoming speech. Was expressed the idea of having such meetings for a full understanding of their rights and duties after obtaining the diploma students. The floor was then given to the guests. They gave a brief overview of the current state of education, the availability of vacancies and working conditions after graduation. The main argument that there is an acute shortage of teaching staff was the fact that last year 260 young teachers were hired. And the demand for them is growing every year.
Students were asked questions about the organization of the educational process in the framework of updating the content of education. Graduates were interested in the conditions of employment. All questions were answered fully and completely. Then graduates of previous years Salimov A. B. and Taizhanova A. K. shared their impressions about their first steps in school, made the necessary instructions and recommendations to future colleagues. Also, they had given answers to students' questions.
Following the results of the above-mentioned action it is possible to draw the following conclusions:
- Such meetings are necessary and useful for the of the Natural-mathematical faculty graduates for their General development and expansion of horizons in legal issues;
- There is a need to keep in touch with former graduates of the Natural-mathematical faculty to exchange experience and receive necessary recommendations;
- More often involve officials of regional and city scale of system of education in the actions of various level which are carried out in walls in KSPU for explanatory work of legal character and questions of the legislation in system of education.
