With a new name - to a new top

At the Department of Natural Sciences they took with great responsibility the assignment of Kostanay State Pedagogical University the name of our outstanding countryman Umirzak Makhmutovich Sultangazin. A number of events were held that allowed students and teachers to learn more about the biography of the scientist. Thus, teachers and students of the specialties "Chemistry" and "Biology" became the participants of the curatorial hour "WITH A NEW NAME - TO NEW PEAKS!". An amazing picture of the life of our contemporaries: the path from the village of Kara-Oba, Uritsky district of Kostanay region - to the academicians of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Institute of Space Research.

The students presented the history of the professional development of Umirzak Makhmutovich Sultangazin his successful formation as a scientist, leader. Professor K.A. Abdykalikova told about the exceptional human modesty and unique working capacity of Umirzak Makhmutovich and his family who brought up extraordinary personal qualities in him.

We believe that the assignment of the name of our distinguished countryman Umirzak Makhmutovich Sultangazin to Kostanay State Pedagogical University corresponds to the dictates of the times. Our Great Steppe gives rise to wonderful names, which for students, future teachers, serve as a guideline for personal growth and service to their people.
