Expert meeting of an SAC of Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan on discussion of the program article of N. A. Nazarbayev

On May 4, the Center of the interethnic and interfaith studying relations in the Central Asian region of the Academy of public administration at the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – working body of the Scientific advisory council of Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan (further - SAC of APK) in the mode of a webinar held an expert meeting of NES of ANC on discussion of program article of the President of state "The prospection: modernization of public consciousness".

The dialogue platform of a webinar was located at department of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan of KSPI; the representatives of scientific and expert group of Regional Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan of the Kostanay region had an opportunity to participate in this action. The action was carried out with assistance of RSA “Қоғамдық келісім” of the Kostanay region akimat. In online mode the reports and performances on 5 dialogue platforms of Astana, Almaty, Kyzylorda, Uralsk, Kostanay were heard. The expert meeting took place with participation of members of SAC of APK, scientific and expert groups of APK, departments of APK, experts, members of ethno cultural associations.

1. A. Nazarbayev, in the article "The prospection: modernization of public consciousness" lifted a problem of formation of the citizen of a new formation corresponding to realities of the 21st century. The main condition of modernization of new type is a preservation of the culture, own national code, and also openness of consciousness, readiness for changes which are born by new technological way. The main signs of competitiveness of the nation are the cultural openness and an interfaith consent.

Experts, members of SAC during the action discussed topical issues:

1. Preservation of the national identity: experience of Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan.
2. The projects of Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan directed to the modernization of the public consciousness.
3. Consciousness openness as a factor of the spiritual modernization

The moderator - Sadvakasova Aygul Kakimbekovna – the chairman of scientific advisory council of APK, the director of the Center for studying of the interethnic and interfaith relations of ASU acted at the President of Kazakhstan, the doctor of sociological sciences. The Doctor of Economics, professor is the head of the department of Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan of the Euroasian national university of L. N. Gumilev; within the designated subject, such a famous public figure and scientist - Bashmakov Anatoliy Afanasyevich, shared the thoughts. Shaymerdenova Nursulu Zhamalbekovna is the deputy director for scientific and methodical work of the educational center "Humane Pedagogics", the Doctor of Philology, professor, the honourable educator; Shaykhiyev Turar Tulegenovich is a publicist, the political scientist, the associate professor of ZKSU of M. Utemisov, the master of History, the senior teacher of department of general History and Philosophy of KSU of Sh. Ualikhanova Raushan Zhusupova. Philosophical aspects of the modernization, the academician, professor, the Doctor of Philosophy Kazkenov Kazbek Maylybayevich noted. All speakers emphasized the need of formation in the society of the uniform moral guidelines which are been the basis for the national idea "Мәңгілік Ел", with revival of bases of traditional culture, active modernization in language and social processes.

In the webinar, Bekmagambetov Alimzhan Baurzhanovich – the chairman of SAC, the Regional APK managing sector of the research work, presented the Kostanay region. The characteristic of work of SAC, in the direction of public modernization, A. B. Bekmagambetov gave an appreciation, including activity of the department of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan of KSPI, in the sphere of patriotism formation and tolerant behavior promotion among young people, having estimated a role in the preparation of mediators at the School of mediation and national diplomacy.

The participants of the expert meeting noted the need of support of all of the initiatives offered by the President at the level of activity of scientific and expert community at the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, and also proposed to prepare the national plan of realization of all the objectives within an implementation of 5 national projects on preservation of national identity and development of public consciousness.
