Round table "Mediation in Kazakhstan: urgent problems and prospects of development"

On May 4, at the department of the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan, there passed the round table "Mediation in Kazakhstan: urgent problems and the prospects of development" within the delivery of certificates to students of the School of mediation and national diplomacy took place.
Action purpose: to reveal urgent problems and the prospects of development of mediation in Kazakhstan, to study experience of the Kostanay region in preparation of professional mediators, to define problems in legislative and legal base in the sphere of mediation and documentation of meditative process.
The department of Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan of KSPI, acted as the organizer of the event. The moderator of the round table – is the dean of faculty of additional education, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Samarkin Sergey Vladimirovich.
Representatives of KSU "Қоғамдық келісім" Kostanay region’s akimat, Association of mediators of the Kostanay region, members of SAC of APK, scientific and expert groups of APK, members of ethno cultural associations, scientists, PPS and students of institute, participated in an action.
The action was opened by the rector Yerkin Abil, who noted the relevance of a subject of the round table, and also wished to participants the fruitful discussion. During the action signing of the memorandum of the interaction and cooperation between the KSPI, in the person of the rector Yerkin Abil and SM "Қоғамдық келісім» the Kostanay region's akimat in the person of the Acting head Kozhakhmetov Alpys Kabdenovich, took place. Also the memorandum fastened cooperation with “Association of Mediators of the Kostanay Region" in the person of the president Bogatyrev Sergey Alekseyevich.
During the round table the report devoted to work the Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan in development of institute of mediation was made by the chairman of SAC RAPK managing sector of research work, the member Regional APK Bekmagambetov Alimzhan Bauyrzhanovich, who noted the need of support of the higher education institutions for professional mediators' preparation. Kozhakhmetov Alpys Kabdenovich is the acting heads of KSU “Қоғамдық келісім of the Kostanay region's akimat, devoted the report to the features of carrying out mediation in the sphere of the interethnic relations, the existing problems and prospects". Kravchenko Olga Sergeyevna, the lawyer of KSU "Қоғамдық келісім" told about the experience of the House of Friendship in the sphere of mediation, specifics of work of an office of mediation "Қоғамдық келісім» of the Kostanay region animate. The great interest of private traders of a round table was attracted by speeches of the president of «Association of Mediators of the Kostanay Region" Bogatyrev Sergey Alekseyevich, the trainer mediator Zuev Igor Aleksandrovich, and also the lawyer Sobolev Vadim Nikolaevich who allocated the main activities of Association of mediators of the Kostanay region and stopped on its main projects. Professor Karbenova Zaure Urazbekovna, emphasized the relevance of the institute of mediation in modern life of society, and also hoped for cooperation of teacher's college and KSU "Қоғамдық келісім", and also "Association of Mediators of the Kostanay Region" in the memorandum, and also during implementation of work of School of mediation and national diplomacy at APK department.
