Discussion of the President’s article “Seven Facets of the Great Steppe” by teachers of the Department of Arts

Today, on November 23, 2018, the teachers of the Department of Arts discussed the article “Seven Facets of the Great Steppe” by N. A. Nazarbayev. The teachers met with great enthusiasm the program points of the article aimed at the development of musical culture and art. In terms of the modernization of historical consciousness, the idea of ​​forming a gallery of images of great thinkers, poets and rulers of the past was of particular interest to teachers of the visual arts. The teachers were especially interested in the instructions of the President to attract young people to the solution of this task. The teachers suggested using the possibilities of computer graphics. In turn, the teachers of the educational program “Music Education” discussed the work plan of the scientific search expedition to the districts of Kostanay oblast to collect information on musical folklore, searching for common historical foundations of the folklore tradition.
