November 28 in the village of Zatobolsk Kostanay district, senior teacher of Department of Kazakhstan history Abylkalykova K. The meeting with the staff of the regional psychiatric hospital was organized with the active assistance of the non-governmental organization "Association of psychologists of Kostanay region" by order of the Department of internal policy of the akimat of Kostanay region.
Such lectures to explain the Message of the President of Kazakhstan were planned in the framework of cooperation of the Department of history of Kazakhstan with non-governmental organizations. At the meeting with the staff of the psychiatric hospital, the main provisions of The President's Address to the people of Kazakhstan were touched upon.
