Meeting of all-rounders!

So the first type of presidential all-around competition in the framework of the winter student’s universiade in Ust-Kamenogorsk ended. Our athletes returned with a whole bunch of awards of various merits. 11 medals, 2 cups, 15 diplomas were brought to the presidential all-around team of 8 people.
At the station, our athletes were met by teachers and students of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism.
Students told the meeting how they were met in Ust-Kamenogorsk, what was the organization of the event, what difficulties they encountered. Despite the difficult road with two transfers and the weather conditions - a snowstorm, this was due to the lateness of the competitors - in general, the impressions of the organization are good. A warm welcome was organized for all participants of the Winter Universiade.
Difficulties for students during the competition were weather conditions, especially on the first day of skiing. Our athletes also encountered obstacles in the mountainous terrain, which was fraught with a number of difficulties.
In general, the impression of the Universiade is only positive, a charge of emotions, impressions and a fighting spirit for new achievements have been received. Moreover, most of our athletes are already declared in competitions of a different level.
