Participation of students of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism in the Kazakhstan Powerlifting Championships

Disciplines of specialization are the basic for students of the specialty "Physical Culture and Sport". In addition, theoretical and practical classes should be constantly reinforced by participation in competitions of different levels, not only as participants, but also as judges, organizers. Only in this case, students receive complete knowledge and acquire full-fledged skills in their specialization and specialization.
Therefore, the ongoing competitions in the Kostanay region are always with the direct participation of students specializing in "Physical Culture and Sports". So, in October the championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the classic bench press was held among men and women. 550 sportsmen from all regions of the country took part in the tournament. The organizer of the championship was the senior lecturer of the Theory and Practice of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism Department, the Honored Coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Director of the Regional Federation of Powerlifting and Bodybuilding Igor Shilov.
As Igor Shilov noted: "This year the championship gathered the strongest athletes of the country, someone came to confirm the title of master of sports, and someone to get a ticket to the Asian Youth Championship, which will be held in India, and the World Championships among adults in the Czech Republic. Therefore, all are laid out in full force."
This year the championship of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held in the hall of the new Academy of Power Sports, which was recently opened and is in fact the only one in Kazakhstan.
