Development of professional competence of the teacher in professional development

In November 2017 teachers of the Department of Pedagogy Ph.D. Shumeiko T.S., Shalgimbekova A.B., Ph.D. Mnaidarova S.S in cooperation with the IPC PR in the Kostanay region of the FAO NRCK "Dearly" in conducting regional training courses in the program "Development of the professional competence of the teacher in the subject" Art work "conducted classes based on professionally oriented situations and aimed at creating a holistic view of the pedagogical process in the face of personalized education.The modern teacher needs to be competitive, be able to position oneself in a dynamic educational environment. Lecturers of KSPI helped the students develop a full understanding of modern pedagogical approaches in the conditions of modernization of education and combine them with practice of their own professionalism.

This was reflected in the discussion of the following topics:

1. Ways of implementing the State Program for the Development of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2016-2019, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 1 March 2016 No. 205, in the part of secondary education. The state compulsory standard of primary education, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 23, 2012, No. 1080 "On approval of state compulsory education standards for appropriate levels of education".
2. Conceptual approaches to the development of secondary education in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Conceptual bases of education in the modern Kazakhstani education system.
3. The essence of the new philosophy of education, personal, activity, competence approaches.
4. Psychological and pedagogical content of competences as new results of education.
5. Updating the content and methods of teaching art in the context of modernization of education
6. Project teaching technologies in the formation of creative abilities of students in art lessons.
7. The use of modern technology and active forms of learning in the teaching of artistic work.
8. Development of observation, imagination, imagination and creativity in the process of performing collective, group and individual work.
9. Use of works of art, crafts, design, national and world culture when creating creative works.
10. Use of elements of the Kazakh national culture in creating creative works.
11. Realization of key approaches in the renewed educational program "Art work".

The content of the material studied and innovative technologies in the course of the lessons will allow teachers to achieve higher results in their professional activities and effectively organize the educational process.
