On October 31, 2017 the informational-library center has organized a round table for heads of libraries of colleges on the subject “The System of Help and Bibliographic and Information Service of Readers in Educational Libraries”. Here were considered questions of the organization and maintaining the help and search office of educational libraries, questions of increase in information culture of readers in the conditions of introduction of new information technologies. Exchange of opinions and experience on problems of reading youth and the held events within the Rowhani Zhangyru program has taken place. The head of the library of the Kostanay humanitarian college Tsvetkova S. V. has told about participation of pupils of office “Library science” in the competition “It Is Fashionable to Read” announced by Joint stock company “National training center “Orleu”.
