In the sections were involved reports of historians of Arkalyk State Pedagogical Institute named after Y.Altynsarin, Kostanay State University named after A.Baitursynov, Karaganda State University named after E.Buketov, Eurasian National University named after L. Gumilev, Eurasian Humanitarian Institute, Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, Aktobe Regional State University named after E.Zhubanova, Chelyabinsk State University and others.
After sections, at 15.00 a plenary wrap-up meeting was held in the assembly hall of Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute, where performed - doctor of historical sciences, professor, director of the Institute of History of the State under the MES Ayagan B.G. (with the theme of the report "Problems of history"), doctor of historical sciences, professor of Aktobe Regional University named after Zhubanov Abdullaev N.A. (with the theme of the report "Methodology of History: Principles and Methods"), doctor of historical sciences, professor of Kokshetau State University named after Sh.Ualikhanov Abuev K.K. (with the theme of the report "The historian innovator"), doctor of historical sciences, professor of the Eurasian National University named after L. Gumilev Artykbaev Zh.O. (with the theme of the report "Karagandy tarihshylar mektebіnіn tugyrly okіl").
Total number of participants of the conference was 63 speakers from different universities of the republic, as well as Omsk State University named after Dostoevsky, Institute of History of Asian and African Studies at Moscow State University named after Lomonosov. In the conference collected volume were published 53 reports. There have been published reports of doctor of historical sciences, professor Syzdykova Zh.S. (Institute of Asian and African Studies at Moscow State University named after Lomonosov), candidate of historical sciences, associate professor Shalgimbekova A.B. (Kostanay branch of Chelyabinsk State University). At the plenary session the rector, doctor of geographical sciences, professor, had passed a resolution of the international scientific and practical conference "Theory and Methodology of Historical Science":
"The results of the sections and the plenary session of the international scientific and practical conference "Theory and Methodology of Historical Science", dedicated to the 550th anniversary of the Kazakh Khanate were presented scientific papers related to the study of white spots in the history of the political organization of nomadic communities, the transformation of the political system in Kazakhstan, theoretical training of future historians, with the pressing issues of sources and historiography of Kazakhstan. According to the results of the conference to prepare and submit for approval all materials, not included in the collection of the scientific journal of the Institute for the additional publication of the collected volume."
