Students’ meeting with local policeman of KCPD

On November, 5-6, 2015 at Students' House of Kostanay state pedagogical institute there were meetings with local policeman of KCPD Shpikin A.V., who is the local policeman of our institute.
The meetings were aimed at crime prevention among young people, as it was about violations, involving administrative or other liability. On November 5,on the meeting some questions were raised about the amount of penalties for violation of public order. Shpikin A.V.had informed young students about the rights and duties of citizens, explained what an offensesmean and what they entail consequences. On November 6, 2015 there was the meeting with the members of the student council and the order of law enforcement, where Shpikin A.V. had explained to the students, which are part of the student government, their rights and duties, and also that they are the first assistants in the work to comply with the rule of law enforcement in the hostel. Continuing the conversation students were asked to cooperate with KCPD in this field. Students can receive at the police department a certificate of social assistant, which gives them the right to enforce the order in the hostel, to give signals about the offenses, call for policemen of KCPD.
