Clarification of the Republic of Kazakhstan President's Message

December 3, 2015 the auditorium of Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute had been hosted the conference onthe explanation of the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Leader of the Nation Nursultan Nazarbayev to people of Kazakhstan "Kazakhstan in the new global reality: growth, reform and development."
The event was attended by students of the Institute, lecturers and a special guest - the First Deputy People's Democratic Party "Nur Otan" branch of Kostanay region Saparova Alia Suyindikovna. Professor K.M.Baymyrzaev, the Rector of the institute, had opened the conference with his speech. After the Rector Saparova A.S.had presented her report, she had noted that our President on his annual message didn't not neglect youth. Among the speakers there were: the dean of distance learning Samarkin S.V., lecturer of department of History of Kazakhstan, master of historical sciences Kaliev Dastan, a student of the 4th year, the winner of "Altyn Belgi" scholar of the President of Republic of Kazakhstan Omirzhanova Aidana, a student of the 3rd course, the chairman of student assembly of the Peoples of Kazakhstan Batyrguzhin Amir, a student of the 1st year Abir Symbat.
