International round table

From January 31 to February 1, 2017, an international round table "Strengthening the capacity of law enforcement agencies in countering violent extremism and radicalization leading to terrorism" was held in Astana, organized by JSC "Center for military strategic studies", in cooperation with the Office of Programs OSCE in Astana and the General prosecutor's office of Republic of Kazakhstan. The head of SEC "Mangilik El" of KSPI Shaimerden G.I. took part in the round table.
During the event, a whole range of problems were discussed: the formation of an international system of combating terrorism, legal regulation and prevention of violent extremism, the exchange of experience and best practice in identifying signs and responding to radicalization of the population, leading to violent extremism and terrorism; Discuss ways to prevent and counteract the radicalization of vulnerable groups.
Leading foreign experts from Great Britain, Austria, Germany, Russia, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, representatives of the President's Administration, deputies of the Parliament of Republic of Kazakhstan, state bodies, political parties, national scientific and academic and expert-analytical communities, representatives Law enforcement bodies, civil society, the media took part in this pound-table.
