Flash mobs competition

On September 26, 2016, the regional competition of flash mobs was held in the city of Kostanay center, organized by the Department of the Ministry of Civil Service Affairs of Republic of Kazakhstan in Kostanay region together with the Education Department, Office of youth policy and the Akimat of Kostanay under the auspices of " My choice is public service" aimed to improve the public service image. The competition was attended by 11 teams from among active young people high schools, colleges, youth organizations and initiative groups, including students of Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute. Flash-mob, which was held for the first time in our area, was a real surprise for the citizens.
