In KSPI there took place the seminar training for students of activists on increase in leadership skills

On November 30, 2017 the seminar training for students of activists on increase in leadership skills was held to A-205 of audience of the Kostanay state teacher training college. Training purpose: disclosure of personal potential of participants of group. The leader is a member of the group for whom all others recognize the right to make crucial decisions in situations, significant for group.

This training was provided by the active figure of the Armenian community of the Kostanay region, regional Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia, the member of council of public consent of the Kostanay region, the head of the Armenian youth consolidation, the member of the youth union of "Eritasard erkrapa", the member of the World Armenian youth Organization "WOSTAYN" and the Winner of the Gold book of youth of the Kostanay region in the Youth Leader nomination Rach Martirosyan. To a seminar campaign students were interested in different methods of improvement of leadership skills, each group trained in various games and exercises.
