External academic mobility of the teachers of the faculty of foreign language of KSPI

20th of March, 2014 from a trip to the University of Macau (China) in the framework of the academic mobility of teachers returned Kudritskaya M.I., the head of the chair of foreign languages, Kudritskaya E.A., teacher of the chair of foreign languages. During the period from 8th till 17th of March they worked in the English language center of the Macau University, they taught English for academic purposes to students of all four levels, exchanged practical experience with colleagues of the center, shared information about Kazakhstan and the cultural project "Trilingual in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

A total number - 28 hours of classes with students of the University of Macau and 4 hours of lectures with undergraduates, including: Kudrytska M.I. spent 16 hours (8 pairs) classes with students, 1 lecture (2 hours) with undergraduates-trainees of the language center. Kudritskaya E.A. conducted 12 hours (6 pairs) of classes to students, 1 lecture (2 hours) to undergraduates-trainees of the language center. Together Kudritskaya M.I. and Kudritskaya E.A. conducted 1 roundtable with PhD students-employees of the center of written works at the English language center of the Macau University, 1 lecture (2 hours) to teachers of the Macau University in the center of professional development.

They also took part in the international scientific and practical conference "Alternative Pedagogy in a globalized world: Theory and practice of teaching English", which made presentations at the plenary sessions. Kudritskaya M.I. presented a theme "Using modern technology in teaching foreign language", which served as a basis for further productive discussion of conference's participants. Great interest aroused by performance of Kudritskaya E.A., dedicated to the theme "Assessment system of professional development course of teachers of foreign languages", based on experience of online questionnaires for assessment of professional improvement courses in the center of professional development at the University of Besancon (France) during the period of preparation and writing of Master thesis, defended at the Boulogne-sur-Mer University (France).
