The announcement of the opening of School of mediation and national diplomacy at the Kostanay state pedagogic institute began.
On February 16, 2017, opening of the School of mediation took place! With welcome speech to students of School of mediation addressed Samarkin Sergey Vladimirovich (the dean of the faculty of additional education), Karbenova of Zaure Urazbekovn (professor of the Russian and Literature department) and Navoyeva Marina Vladimirovna (mediator of RSU "Қоғамдік қелісім").
Sh. S. Demisenova cheerfully and in a playful way provided a training "Acquaintance of students of the school of mediation and national diplomacy". The manager of APK department O. N. Evdokimova told about APK department, its purposes and tasks opened the concept mediation and the principles of mediation. It accompanied the performance with a demonstration of the animated film "We Divided Orange" in which the interpersonal conflict and behavior of different heroes are brightly presented during the conflict. Listeners of a course made the decision on the choice of orange a symbol of School of mediation and national diplomacy at KSPI.
Teachers of the school of mediation presented subjects and a circle of questions which they will present to listeners during training. The history of the development of institute of mediation and national diplomacy in the ancient world, in Russia and in Kazakhstan and the current state of the institute of mediation in Kazakhstan will be told S. V. Samarkin (associate professor) and Kozybayeva Makhabbat Malikovna (associate professor of APK, doctor of Ph.D.).
About the conflicts in a family, the prevention and permission of family fights, and also Demisenova Shnar Saparovna will tell about the interpersonal conflicts and ethno cultural mediation (acting associate professor "Psychology and defectology").
Psychological bases of school mediation, the origin of school mediation and the psychological tools necessary in work of a school mediator, will be presented by Bisembayeva Asem Kumarovna (the senior lecturer of the Psychology and Defectology department).
In respect of work of School of mediation, there is an occupation on the basis of RSU "Қоғамдік қелісім" (the regional house of friendship). This occupation will be devoted to studying the question "Mediation as Alternative Way of Permission of Labor Disputes". In April the mediation workshop where the leading mediators will be invited will take place.
