KUTEL project monitoring

April 9 in Almaty on the basis of the Almaty University of Energy and Communications, which is a partner of our university in the KUTEL project, the first monitoring on the implementation of the project “Universities of Kazakhstan for improving quality assurance processes in training using new technologies” was held.
The purpose of this monitoring was to analyze the main directions of the project, identify the key functions of each project participant, identify the main activities carried out during the project, understand the content and significance of all the project work packages.

At the beginning of the meeting, the President of AUEaC, Professor Gita Revalde, and the National Coordinator of the Erasmus + Program in Kazakhstan spoke about the monitoring of the Erasmus + Tasbulatova Project, Shaizada Umurzakovna, who gave a welcoming speech, outlining the main goals and objectives of the monitoring and determining the expected results.
The meeting was attended by the on-lain regime and foreign coordinators of the KUTEL project - Guglielmo Marconi University - Sara Cella, who also identified the main directions of this project.

During the monitoring, representatives of universities in Kazakhstan demonstrated how preparatory work was carried out at the first stage of the project. This direction was covered by the national coordinator of MUIT - Gulnara Demeshovna Zakirova. Information about the starting meeting of the consortium was presented by representatives of Zhezkazgan University named after Baikonurov.

Representatives of the Kokshetau University named after Abay Myrzakhmetov spoke on the state and first results of the work, on conducting research within the framework of WP1 (Institutionallevel), and Kostanay State Pedagogical University presented information on the interview with interested parties. Representatives of the Kokshetau State University named after M.Kokshetau State University spoke on the work on the fourth WP4 “Dissemination and Exploitation” work package. ShokanaUalihanov and - Public Foundation "Youth Front Leader of the Nation."
During each speech, the national coordinator of the Erasmus + program in Kazakhstan, Tasbulatova Shaizada Umurzakovna, asked questions and asked each speaker for detailed confirmations on each item.

At the end of the consideration of all issues and presentations, a discussion of the first results of the project took place. In general, it was decided that the project activities are carried out in accordance with the established deadlines, there are no violations of the plan.
