Meeting with civil servants of Kostanay to discuss the peculiarities of the relationship of the international project “KUTEL” and the system of assessing the level of proficiency in the English language according to the British APTIS test

On the basis of the State Organization “Organization of Professional Unions in Kostanay Region”, on June,20th, 2019, a meeting was held with government officials working in the field of ensuring the quality of education. Among the participants of the meeting were the heads of the Kostanai apparatus, workers in the field of ensuring the quality of education, employees in the social and legal spheres.
The organizer of the meeting is a member of the research group V.V. Bezhina.
The main objective of the event is to discuss the capabilities of the APTIS assessment system and European standards for ensuring the quality of education in modern Kazakhstan. In this regard, V.V. Bezhina told about the peculiarities of the KUTEL project, one of the tasks of which is to ensure the quality of education in the universities of Kazakhstan. The role of Kostanay State University was defined. U.Sultangazin in this project, as well as proposed steps for joint cooperation.
The handouts on the Erasmus+ KUTEL international project were demonstrated during the meeting. The participants expressed their interest in this project and the intention to take part in its work.
