The Department of Philology throw opened its doors to future students

In order to implement one of the top-priority strategy of the student recruitment on January 22, 2020, the Department of Philology organized and held an open day for students of Kostanay schools. This event contributed not only an acquaintance with the University, but also provided students with a real chance to make the right choice in determining their future path.

The event was attended by more than 80 students from Kostanay schools (№8, №7, №23, №18, №16, №2, №3, №5, №17, №115).

The program of the event was highly topical and useful for future applicants. The head of the Department of Philology, candidate of philological Sciences, associate Professor K. Nurmukhametova made a welcome speech. In her speech, she stressed the prestige of the teaching profession, referring to the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the status of a teacher", and also noted the importance and necessity of language knowledge as one of the trends of the modern world.

Detailed information on each educational program was provided by the heads of educational programs of the Department of Philology T. Seisembay, K. Brimzhanova, A. Kinzhibaeva introducing the main directions of the profile, events and achievements. They also pointed out that all information about educational programs is available on the University's website.

The 2-4 courses students’ performance of the Department of Philology on the participation of students in external and internal academic mobility helped participants to immerse themselves in the student atmosphere, learn about the realities of student life through student experience, about the possibilities of learning and self-realization at the Kostanay State Pedagogical University after U. Sultangazin,.

N Kovaleva the Head of the office of the Department of recruitment and public services gave the information materials of the admission campaign, with the conditions of admission to the University. Information brochures and questionnaires were distributed to participants.

After the official part, the students demonstrated their talent by reading poems of Great Abay's work and singing patriotic song.

Teachers of the Department also organized an excursion to the office of Latin alphabet, the Project office, and the Department of the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan.
