Joint coaching with school teachers of the updated education model

On January 11, 2018 the department of Kazakh and literature of the Kostanay state teacher training college together with employers has carried out coaching together with school teachers of the updated education model.
Coaching was visited by teachers of Kazakh and literature of the Kostanay high schools No. 8, No. 18, No. 2, No. 11, No. 1 and teachers of department of Kazakh and literature of philological faculty.
Coaching the teacher of Kazakh and literature of school of lyceum No. 1 Rakhimova Elmira Ersalimovna and the teacher of Kazakh and literature of school No. 8, the master of the item of N. Salykova has seen off Asel Dariakyzy.
During coaching the following questions have been considered:
- an opportunity to test the training program on the maintenance of the updated content;
- development and use of effective methods and strategy of training;
- reflection about the provided training with use of pedagogical approaches;
- how to train students in four language skills: to listen, tell, read, write how to bring up pupils in a most up-to-date way and to bring up them conscious, free citizens of our country.
The good psychological climate has been established in audience by the Ornament on a Towel method. Coaching was carried out in the mode of coeducation of trainers on the program of updating of content. Coaching has come to the end with a reflection.
