Volunteers of the project «English for Jastar»

On February 4 in the conference hall there was held the meeting with Moldagaliyev Sabir Dulatovich, the vice-chairman of the Kostanay regional branch of the youth association of “Nur Otan” on the party project "English for Jastar" .
The goal of the project is to create the language environment for rural children and teachers, to develop English speaking skills and the volunteer movement. The project is implemented with assistance of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Culture and Sports of Kazakhstan, akimats.
In 2018 the project was implemented in Denisovsky, Taranovsky and Sarykolsky districts. Five students of our university of philological faculty participated in the project: Alekseeva Darya Evgenyevna, Ukanova Alina Erikovna, Meyrmanova Ayagoz Myrzabekovna, Turarova Akzhan Bauyrzhanovna, Abdrakhmanova Madina Manarovna
The special room where classes are given in English was allocated to students. In the first day students held online testing to define the level of language. Every student formed 2 groups of pupils (elementary and pre-intermediate), in each group there were about 20-25 people. Classes are given daily for 2 hours with each group on the basis of NISH textbooks, within the program “Bolashak” association that was specially developed for this project, which is aimed to develop speaking skills.
At the moment for realization of Project objectives experts from our country, who know English at the advanced level, are attracted.
