The European Day of Languages

The European Day of Languages is celebrated every year on 26th September. On September 27th September the head of the French cultural center of KSPU Zhanburshinova G.K. together with the head of the teaching center Ivanova Y.S., an event were held an event dedicated to this holiday. The purpose of the event was to introduce students to the culture and traditions of European countries, expanding the information field and cognitive activity.
The festival was attended by teachers and students of the Department of Foreign Languages of KSPU. The guests of the event were: English teacher Bryce David Moore, guest from France Lou Cassay and a former student of KSPU, now living in France, Julia Novikova. The participants were offered various assignments in three languages (English, German, French) to test the regional knowledge. Students actively answered quiz questions, and also showed their creativity in the final song contest in three languages. The guys showed a high level of erudition and training. The celebration ended with a tea party, where guests and participants were able to taste European desserts.
