On January 24, 2020, at 12: 00, the "open day of the faculty of science and mathematics" was held at the natural-mathematical faculty as part of the professional orientation of applicants. The event was attended by students of graduating classes not only in the city (Kostanay, Rudny, Tobyl), but also in district schools. There were about 100 potential applicants.
In accordance with the program, students-activists of the NMF spoke to the students, who told about student life in the KSPU named after U. Sultangazin, about opportunities for self-realization in science, sports, mastering foreign languages, etc.
The Dean of the faculty of NMF , Ph. D., associate Professor T. S. Shumeyko told About the educational programs of the faculty of natural mathematics, polyinguistics, and the possibility of dual education at the presentation.
The children listened with great attention to the representative of the admissions Committee of our University, N. V. Kovaleva, who not only explained the nuances of the UNT, but also answered numerous questions. Of particular interest was the performance of a 4th-year student of the EP "Chemistry" Chapaksin I., who, studying under the dual system, is already the head teacher of the College "Zerek". For each educational program, excursion routes were prepared for KSPU with consultations of accompanying teachers. Excursions were coordinated for each educational program of the faculty.
