Student Conference at the Faculty of Natural-Mathematics

On March 28, 2019, the Department of Natural Sciences held a Regional Scientific and Practical Conference “Mission of the Young Generation in Science and Education: Traditions, Innovations”. She brought together young researchers - students, undergraduates, novice teachers - from Almaty, Uralsk, Petropavlovsk, Aktobe, Kostanay, Rudny, Arkalyk, wishing to state the directions, results and prospects of their activities.
The aim of the conference was to promote the creation of conditions for the development and practical realization of the innovative potential of the younger generation of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The inauguration of the Plenary meeting began with a presentation by N. Medetov, Vice-Rector for Research and Strategic Development, Doctor of Technical Sciences.
The following students made presentations on design works: D. Bertayyz, (the head is Z.T. Suyundikova, Senior Lecturer, Master of Biology), L. Kim, N. Potikanenko (the head of the project is T.M. Bragina, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor), I. Chapaksin, 3rd year student (scientific supervisor V.N. Chashkov, Head of the Metrology Department of the «Agromash-holding KZ»), and chemistry teacher Karina Ansaganovna Nugumanova (MPI School "OZAT"). Their speeches focused on the unique possibilities of our time for the development of youth initiatives.
The conference had five sections. Section "Development of the heritage of U. Sultangazin in modern physical and mathematical education: methodology, theory and practice".

In the section "Problems and prospects of digitalization, technical sciences and technology in modern education and in the light of the ideas of the article" Seven Facets of the Great Steppe ". The award of seats is as follows: 1st place - Y. Fedorova, D. Naglyy; 2nd place – Z. Abit, A. Leven, B. Yedres, A. Shakímov, S. Brusnik; 3rd place – K. Bakhayeva, A. Kazymbekova, A. Seregin.
Section "Analysis of environmental objects: the projection and the updated content of the chemical cycle disciplines." The award of the following places: 1st place - D. Amanbaeva; 2nd place - A. Eskatova, A. Kazambay, G. Skandir; 3rd place - M. Zhunaeva, A. Kapezova.
Section "Biological, geographical education: new interests, motion vectors, development priorities". The award of the following places: 1st place - N. Takhenova, G. Zaytinova; 2 place - D. Bertayyz, J. Mybosyn, N. Kairatova, A. Orazgali; 3rd place - A. Tukmanova, O. Atroshchenko, R. Simonova, L. Askerova, A. Bazilevskaya.
Section "The contribution of young people in solving urgent social and economic problems." The distribution of places is as follows: 1st place - O. Terentyeva; 2nd place - A. Shefner, E. Rafachuk; 3rd place - V. Kuprina, A. Zakarina.

The work of the conference touched upon many problematic issues of modern education and science, based on the discussion of which the following resolution was issued:
- Innovative activity is a factor of personal self-realization and a condition for the successful professional start of young professionals in the space of updating the content of education, including the culture of trilingual education, ensuring readiness for the implementation of modern approaches of inclusive education;
- Improving the effectiveness of research activities in the youth environment is possible through the expansion of the “student-research-mentor” relationship;
- Lifelong learning, research initiative is the principle of the life activity of a modern person, stimulating additional education, advanced training, self-education, which creates conditions for the effective socialization of young people.
