«MUSIC - SOUVENIR KZ»

October 26-27, 2013. The teachers of the Department of Arts Shegay Julia (Academic vocal) and Belozer Lyudmila (concertmaster) became the laureates (I place) in "Academic vocal Awards " in the category of "Teacher - soloist " of the 1st Republican contest of musical creativity «MUSIC - SOUVENIR KZ» held in Astana. The organizer of the competition was the Center for Creative Initiatives «Art aspect» with the support of an affiliate of the Composers Union of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana and the Public Association of Composers of Karaganda region "Balausa".The objectives of the competition are to promote creativity of Kazakhstan composers, creative dialogue between composers, musicians, performers and teachers, expanding the communication space between musical institutions. The department teachers were awarded a diploma and a certificate for participation in the 1st International Competition of musical art «PRIMAVERA ROMANA» that took place in Roma (Italy) and in II Concordance academic singing competition dedicated to Yan Sibelius in Turku (Finland). We heartily congratulate Julia Shegay and Lyudmila Belozer and wish every success!
